Actual-Time Pricing
Most of our services are billed for on an actual time basis. We are able to bill by the minute based on an hourly rate.
Here's how it works:
- For the first month, regardless of hours, we bill at a rate of $10 per hour.
- Material costs are billed separately.
- We have time tracking software that acts like a stop watch, allowing us to bill to the nearest minute of time.
For example, if it takes 22 minutes to enter data, we charge
you 22 minutes (or $3.74 during the first month).
- Travel time is actual time if over 20 miles.
- Hours are typically billed once a month on the 1st day of each month.
- You also receive one hour of free needs assessment time during the first month.
After the first month, the hourly billable rate is $15 per hour.
